LGBT Challenge: My attempt at being creative…

Week 2 began with a challenge – to create something LGBT related and post or tweet about it. Click on below button to see further details of this week’s challenge:

So…even though I haven’t done anything remotely artistic since I left education (I actually used to be pretty arty – no idea what happened to that!), I thought that this sounded like a lot of fun. Only one little snag – I did not have a clue about what I could create and since my resources are kind-of limited at the moment (and my time as well unfortunately) it couldn’t be anything too elaborate or extravagent. I decided to do an infographic about YA LGBT novels but once I had put all the covers in I ran out of space to put any real information! First attempt…FAILURE!! Still, I thought I should post about the fruits of my labour so here is my infographic:

I am looking forward to seeing what other participants come up with!!

  1. Ask the Passengers was a very enjoyable read! I also read Coda, but for some reason didn’t enjoy it too much D: I’ve been wanting to read Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe for a while. I hope I get to it soon!

    • I have bought Ask the Passengers – hoping to read it very soon!

Oh you need to read Aristotle and Dante! Such a beautiful book – I have been raving about it to everyone since I read it. 😉

This is awesome, Brin! 🙂 I think it’s enough as it is! Going to tweet about it. Quick and easy to find books of a certain kind this way! 🙂
