today’s topic is: (Bookish Merch) Favourite Fandom Items
I was feeling a bit tired this evening and was going to skip this week’s Top 5 post (again!) but when I saw that the topic was about bookish merch – namely favourite fandom items – well, I just couldn’t resist! I love bookish merch – I probably spend just as much money on merch as I do books (which is rather a lot).
1. Bookmarks
What bookworm can resist a bookmark? I know I can’t, that’s for sure! There are so many amazing bookmarks out there and I want to own them all!
2. Candles
I love candles and bookish candles are a particular weakness of mine! I very rarely burn them either – they are just sitting pretty on my shelves and I will take them down and sniff and admire them every so often. 😉
3. Art Prints/Postcards
I am a big art fan anyway but bookish art is my obsession! I have so many favourite artists and I’m so grateful that they sell their art on various platforms. Art prints are maybe (maybe) my favourite bookish merch.
4. Mugs
I love, love, love mugs and bookish mugs are a must for me! I have amassed quite a collection over the years. Again, most of them are ornamental (I use them to store my bookmarks – two birds, one stone and all that!)
5. Jewellery
I am a jewellery fiend by nature and since discovering sites like Etsy, I have collected a fair amount of bookish/fandom jewellery. I have no intentions of stopping anytime soon. 😉

I found it so difficult to narrow my favourite fandom merch that I have also included some other items I collect, namely Funko Pops and booksleeves (is it booksleeves or book sleeves?) I am starting to build quite the selection.

You have so much awesome merch! I am jealous! I really want to get a book sleeve but I don’t know what size to get and there are so many options!
