Favourite Couples

I’m a day late with this one (wanted to post yesterday but after a long – and absurdly hot! – day of work, I just wasn’t feeling up to it). Better late than never though! Here are my picks for my favourite bookish couples:

1. Jude & Cardan

I love a good enemies to lovers trope in my fiction so Jude and Cardan were a lock-in for me! I love both of them separately but together they are just fire and I’m living for it!

2. Jasmine & Ivan

Another enemies to lovers pairing, Jasmine and Ivan are just couple goals! I loved them instantly and their slow-burn romance was just lovely and made me smile.

3. Simon & Baz

I would kill for Simon and (especially) Baz! I love these two so much – they are absolutely meant to be together and my shippy heart was happy when they got together (and hey, another enemies to lovers pair!)

4. Evangeline & Jacks

Evangeline and Jacks are one of my latest ships – I loved Jacks in the Caraval series and was so happy a spin-off featuring his love story was in the works. Evangeline won me over very quickly too. Can’t wait for the last book!

5. Poet & Briar

I’m really five for five with these enemies to lovers couples! I honestly didn’t twig until I started writing the post that all of the couples chosen fall into this trope! Poet and Briar have a spiky relationship at first but when it develops… Wow is all I can say. Love them!
