what’s the buzz: weekly round-up and book haul
Had a (small) health scare last weekend. Nothing to worry overmuch about (though it wasn’t a pleasant time, that’s for sure) but was pretty preoccupied this past week and didn’t have a lot of time for blogging. Could have done without it but that’s life… Also some other stuff going on so not the best week (and not a good way to start the year off but what can you do?)
I did get some pretty cool merch though (which is always a plus in my book!):
Book sleeves from Book Besties UK: The nostalgia is strong with this little lot – 1980’s cartoons I grew up with, 1980’s films and Alice in Wonderland (a book I read as a child).
Postcards from Redbubble and pin from Tumble and Rose: I always love getting a little Redbubble order (you may notice that the theme is mainly The Untamed haha!) and I was also chuffed to get this cute little pin from Tumble and Rose too.
‘Lan Wangji’ and ‘Wei Wuxian’ bunnies (bought via Amazon): How cute are these little Untamed bunnies? They each represent the main characters in The Untamed (check the serious-faced one for Lan Wangji and the cheeky/smiley one that is Wei Wuxian!)
Wang Yibo tapestry (bought via Amazon): I really love the Harper’s Bazaar photo shoot so when I saw this tapestry I knew I had to get it (I plan to get the Xiao Zhan one too!)
Book sleeves from Always September Shop and Book Chic Boutique: I love the horror-themed sleeves from Always September and the ACOTAR one from Book Chic Boutique is just so cute!
