Stacking The Shelves – a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews
Stacking the Shelves
Here are the rules:
Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
- Participants are to create their own Stacking the Shelves post and link bank to Tynga’s Reviews so more people can join the fun!
- Posts can be laid out any way you want.
- The host site posts updates on a Saturday but bloggers taking part can post any day they choose.
- Visit Tynga’s Reviews on a Saturday and add your link.
- Visit other participants sites to find out what they have added!
The rules are simple and it is a really fun way to showcase your books and see what other bloggers are excited about this week! Not to mention the fact that it is a good way to interact with and get to know other bloggers!
Here are the books I added to my shelves this week:
Well, we are on the countdown to Christmas so I really didn’t want to buy too many books this week but I couldn’t resist buying some! Also, I really need to be banned from Netgalley (except not really – please don’t ban me!) since I went overboard with the requesting… AGAIN!!
| Chasing the Tide by A. Meredith Walters | Split Second by Kasie West | Wickingham Way by S.R. Grey |
| Single, Carefree, Mellow: Stories by Katherine Heiny | The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah | The Vanishing Girl by Laura Thalassa |
| Frozen Charlotte by Alex Bell | We Should Hang Out Sometime by Josh Sundquist | Manifest by Alden Lisa Reedy |
| Shadow Study by Maria V. Snyder | The Far End of Happy by Kathryn Craft |
Oh, you got Manifest! I’m quite curious of that short story 😉
It definitely looks interesting – hopefully it’s good. 🙂
I’m really curious about We Should Hang Out Sometime! It seems like such a great read. I got approved for my first ever NetGalley ARCs this week (Love Hurts by Malorie Blackman and If I Fall, If I Die by Michael Christie), so I’m quite excited about that! And I got my Secret Santa package yesterday, which included Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell and Kiss Kiss by Roald Dahl. 🙂
We Should Hang Out Sometime does look awesome. Congrats on your first Netgalley approvals and your Secret Santa gift. I haven’t read Kiss Kiss but Fangirl is all kinds of adorable!! 😀
That cover of Frozen Charlotte is amazing! I need to check it out!

Wow, so many awesome autographed books!! I would love to go to an author signing – you are so lucky!! 🙂
Awesome stack of books. Kassie West is awesome. So is Maria Snyder. I hope you love all your new books.

Thanks! I have read and enjoyed Maria Snyder but not yet read Kasie West (despite owning all of her books as of now lol). I have heard great things though. 🙂
