Characters I Would Give a Valentine To
This is such a cute prompt I couldn’t resist doing a post even though i already did a Valentine’s Day themed post yesterday. Here are my top 5 picks:
1. Evan D’Silva – Warchild series by Karin Lowachee
I love Evan, he’s my favourite side character in the whole series and he’s so damaged that I just want to give him all the love and hugs in the world.
2. Cardan Greenbriar – Folk of the Air series by Holly Black
Cardan stole my heart right away, even if he did initially appear to be a bit of a villain (though I’m a sucker for a well-written villain so…)
3. Mildmay Fox – Doctrine of Labyrinths series by Sarah Monette (Katherine Addison)
Mildmay is the sweetest character ever – despite the fact he was the deadliest of assassins! I just adore him.
4. Adrian Ivashkov – Vampire Academy/Bloodlines series by Richelle Mead
I am very consistent and constant in my love for Adrian Ivashkov and I will not be swayed ever!
5. Jacks – Caraval/Once Upon a Broken Heart series by Stephanie Garber
Jacks is everything. Seriously, I could not love his character more so it was a no-brainer that he’d end up on this list!! 😉
