what’s the buzz: weekly round-up and book haul
I could say that the last couple of weeks have been so busy I haven’t had time to blog – but that would be a lie. Truthfully, I’ve been pretty occupied playing Cyberpunk 2077! It’s an imperfect game, buggy and unable to fully match the ambitious scope, but it is actually a lot of fun and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying myself! I have gotten a bit side-tracked with all of the (numerous) side missions but I always do in sandbox style games. 😉
Aside from that, I’ve had a few things going on in my personal life that kinda just made me want to retreat for a bit. However, I’m hoping to get back in the swing soon and what better way than to compile a STS post ((even though because I’ve left it so long it has become a bit of a beast! *grumble, grumble*)
As well as a massive book haul, I’ve also managed to amass quite a bit of merch too over the last month:
- Disney and Nessian book sleeves from Book Besties UK: I am so chuffed with both of these gorgeous sleeves! The Disney one is stunning and I adore this Nessian art by Dark and Beautiful Art!
- Yuri Katsuki Free Skate Version Nendoroid from Amazon marketplace: I finally completed my collection! I had ordered one of these already but the wrong one came so I had to send it back and re-order another which was luckily the right one this time around!

- Cloud and Aerith (Final Fantasy VII) statues from Square Enix UK: I finally caved and bought these beauties with my Christmas money! I’m so happy to have them both.
- Promptis (Final Fantasy XV) acrylic stand by Things By Rachel Huey, Yurio Pop Vinyl from Amazon: I adore this acrylic stand and was happy to add it to my collection. Plus, I was finally able to get this Yuri on Ice Pop (just one to get now but I’m doubtful I’ll get it because it’s either sold out everywhere or an astronomical price – but I’ll keep an eye out…)
- Swarovski bracelets from Shikku Shikku: I got these as part of my Christmas but ordered too late to get them in time but it was good because I still had something to look forward to getting haha!

- Dissidia Final Fantasy keychain from Square Enix UK: My other half surprised me with a couple of these for Christmas and I just had to get a couple (well, five lol) more.
- Final Fantasy pins from Polymernai: These pins are just super-adorable! I will definitely be getting more (if this Brexit malarkey ever calms down!)
- Aerith pin and keychain from Tea No Sugar, Cloud Handheld Console pin from Alchemist Candy, Noctis and Prompto keychains from Ila Barattolo: so much Final Fantasy goodness! I love them all!!

- Six of Crows art prints from A Touch of Magic Designs: I love, love, love the artist Dominique Wesson so these prints were a must-buy! How stunning are they?? 😍
- Bookish pins (including ADSOM, ACSDAL, Crsecent City, Three Dark Crowns, City of Ghosts, and Serpent and Dove) from Alyesas World: Just a small pin haul, nothing to see here, moving along… 😙

- Persona 5 pins from Pindie Gamer: These pins are so awesome! I’m totally over the moon with them!! They were even lovely and threw in a freebie heart pin too, wasn’t that awesome?
- Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan pins from eBay, Captain Yibo pin from Ravyn Ashling: I love the Captain Yibo pin so much – it’s so fetch… 😉
- Chocobros charm set from Noctglaiveart: I am in love with these! They are so vibrant and colourful…

- MDZS prints, WanRan washi tape, Victuuri keychain from Gomi Sando: So many pretty things… I can’t get enough 2HA merch and snap it up whenever I see it!
- Pin hoops from Of These Pages, Dishonered pin from Haunt Your House: I buy so many pins I need more and more pin hoops to display them! (Not that I need an excuse to buy pin hoops!)
- MDZS plush pins and MDZS keychains from Billacookie: Bit of a haul here! I just can’t resist these little cuties…

- Lilies of Midgar and Suits and Sinners pins from FunfettiGetti: I am so happy to finally be able to purchase these Turk-themed pins (plus I couldn’t resist getting a couple of the re-release Lilies pins – hey, they have a different colour palette to the originals – I will probably get the others when I have some spare cash…) 😙
- Squall and Prompto keychains plus Cloud, Laguna, Noctis, Sephiroth, Squall, and Ignis buttons from Ginshi Art: These are so awesome! I will definitely be getting more, that’s for sure…

- Preorder swag for These Violent Delights: Yes! It finally came! I was starting to think it wouldn’t but then again with how crappy the mail has been lately…
- Wangxian and Wei Wuxian pin Illykins: These are super-cute! I am very happy with them both and can’t wait to see what new designs they release.
- Hualian stained glass and Sang Lang pins from Foxipins: The stained glass ones are so pretty! I also adore the Sang Lang one. I am in awe…
