The Gif Tag: GIF it to Me Baby!

I was tagged for this by Batool @ Batool’s Book Feels – this was a lot of fun so thanks very much to Batool for tagging me in this!

The Gif Tag

Basically, how this works is I’m given a list of ten books, and I have to react to these books using gifs. I then get to nominate people and choose ten books for them to react to!

1. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

I haven’t even read this yet but I know this would be my reaction (or at least this is the reaction that most people I know who have read this book tend to have).

2. Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi

Still not read yet but I will… soon. Hopefully anyway – it’s one that has been sitting lonely on my shelf for far too long!

3. The Iron King by Julie Kagawa

Haven’t read this yet. I will at some point but it’s not a priority or anything. I’ll get there eventually.

4. Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Really excited to read this! I’ve heard so many good things. I don’t know whether to wait until the whole series is published or not though… depends on my patience levels haha!

5. Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo

Yay I’ve read this one – and I loved it! So good (but the Darkling over Mal anytime – can’t believe Mal is the main love interest!)

6. Fallen by Kate Lauren

Wasn’t a fan of this book at all – sorry! I am not a fan of Angel stories at the best of times but sometimes one of them will catch me by surprise (Unearthly, Angelfall etc.) This was not one of them. 🙁

7. Delirium by Lauren Oliver

Haven’r read this book. Probably will at some point. Not hugely excited for it but it looks alright (and I have enjoyed other books by the author so…)

8. Divergent by Veronica Roth

Sure, I guess I want to read this. It’s had a lot of hype which means it could go either way for me. Still, I’m curious enough about it.

9. Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi

Yup, definitely want to read this! I bought the first book awhile back so it’s definitely on my TBR for sure. Reasonably excited for it.

10. The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken

Sure I guess I would read it, but I don’t really know much about it. The author seems really sweet and it does sound like something I would enjoy.

Here are my nominees:

Ayesha and Monisah @ twinsturnpages

Jackie @ She Reads A Lot

Samantha @ Book Minx

…and if anyone else fancies doing this, I also tag you!!

Here is my list of books:

Anna and The French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell

If I Stay by Gayle Forman

Cinder by Marissa Meyer

City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater

Splintered by A.G. Howard

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

I managed to get through the first book but I kept going to myself ‘just put the book down’ – I persevered and it just didn’t get any better lol. You really aren’t missing anything. 🙂

Awesome! I love your gifs especially the Anya, Wash and Sherlock ones lol. 😉 And of course, David Bowie!! You have made me want to watch Labyrinth. 🙂

Thanks! I am really looking forward to Throne of Glass – I really am kicking myself that I haven’t managed to get to it sooner! 🙂

It sucks when that happens. 🙁 I really hate it when the protagonist jut turns you right off an otherwise decent book.
