Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and The Bookish. This week’s theme is:

Top Ten Books On My Spring TBR

Spring is in the air – and that means I have a new list of books I want to find time to read! Honestly, I’d be happy just to read one or two books from my TBR, I am a notoriously picky reader at times and trying to find a book to suit my particular mood is oftern difficult. Hhere are my top ten picks that I would ideally like to read this spring. I’ll be lucky if I manage even one or two but aim high and all that… 😉

spring tbr 1

The Raven King by Maggie Stiefvater

The Rose & the Dagger by Renee Ahdieh

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

Passenger by Alexandra Bracken

A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas

tbr 2

Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

Truthwitch by Susan Dennard

Tell the Wind and Fire by Sarah Rees Brennan

The Dark Days Club by Alison Goodman

Places No One Knows by Brenna Yovanoff

Lets hope this year I can actually manage to READ the books on my list. I do not have a great track record with this kind of pre-planning. Let’s take a look at my Spring TBR from last year (guess how many I read? Hint: it’s pretty shockingly bad):

That’s right, I only managed to read TWO books from my list. A whole two books – I have to shake my head at myself sometimes. I well and truly suck at trying to set reading goals. Being that I’m such a mood reader, it just doesn’t seem to work for me, as much as I would like it to. I must do better this year. 😀

Happy Spring reading everyone!

The Raven King is probably my most-anticipated read this year lol. Glad to hear you enjoyed Six of Crows – definitely reading it soon. 🙂

Thanks! The Raven King is definitely the book I am most looking forward to this year for sure. Hope you enjoy The Dark Days Club too. 🙂

Glad to hear you enjoyed Passenger. I’m really looking forward to it but some of the mixed reviews have put me off a little bit so I’m really glad to hear that you thought it was good! 🙂
